📋 What you will do

• Build and develop the company’s QA strategy
• Lead the QA Engineers team (Manual, Automation, Performance)
• Establish effective testing processes across all SDLC stages
• Define and track product and process quality metrics
• Implement and scale automated testing
• Organize testing for functionality, integrations, performance, security, and system reliability
• Manage quality risks and ensure timely defect detection
• Develop QA standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Plan resources, hire, develop, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with engineering leads, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Prepare product quality reports for company leadership

✅ What we expect

• 8+ years of QA experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong understanding of software development processes and the product lifecycle
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people
• Hands-on experience implementing quality processes and change management
• Experience building KPIs and quality metrics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
