📋 What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UGC and organic growth ecosystem
• Build and manage creator acquisition and influencer partnerships
• Scale short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Lead creative testing, performance analysis, and optimization efforts
• Identify viral content patterns and systematically replicate winning formats
• Build relationships with creators, meme pages, and distribution channels
• Drive engagement strategies across social interactions and community
• Implement AI-assisted workflows to increase content velocity

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 4+ years of experience in viral social media, creator marketing, or organic growth
• Proven success scaling social channels or creator programs
• Background in Consumer apps, DTC, or growth-stage technology companies
• Entrepreneurial mindset and highly resourceful
• Ability to build repeatable growth systems rather than one-off viral moments
• Experience managing creators and agencies
