📋 What you will do
- Own and improve core sales KPIs (booked revenue, close rate, show-up rate)
- Diagnose performance gaps across the funnel and resolve bottlenecks
- Audit, redesign, and standardize the full sales process from lead to close
- Build repeatable systems for lead routing, follow-up, and call reviews
- Own, optimize, and maintain HubSpot CRM data integrity and tracking
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales contractors
- Establish forecasting discipline and align with Marketing and Product
