📋 What you will do

  • Own and improve core sales KPIs (booked revenue, close rate, show-up rate)
  • Diagnose performance gaps across the funnel and resolve bottlenecks
  • Audit, redesign, and standardize the full sales process from lead to close
  • Build repeatable systems for lead routing, follow-up, and call reviews
  • Own, optimize, and maintain HubSpot CRM data integrity and tracking
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales contractors
  • Establish forecasting discipline and align with Marketing and Product
