Head of Retention | iGaming
We are looking for a Head of Retention for a B2C iGaming product focused on CIS markets (Russia is the main focus).
There is a strong technical team, a high-quality proprietary platform, and well-established analytics processes, but we really need a leader who will audit the current strategy and propose ways to strengthen it.
What you will do:
— Develop and implement the product retention strategy
— Build a systematic approach to:
-repeat user activity
-CR / LTV / retention and reactivation
— Manage the retention function:
- setting priorities
-monitoring hypotheses and results
-developing and strengthening the team
— Work with the existing team (Team Lead + 3–4 specialists)
— Analyze data, identify growth points, and scale successful mechanics
What we expect from the candidate
— 3+ years of experience in retention / CRM (including in a management position)
— Deep understanding of: user funnels, onboarding, behavioral retention mechanics
— Experience with an iGaming product in the CIS region is required
