Head of Print Design (Remote)

📋 What you will do

• Lead seasonal brainstorms across print, graphics, fabric, and design trends
• Research competitive and aspirational brands to keep creative output sharp
• Design prints across all categories with a primary focus on underwear
• Build custom repeats and deliver production-ready files in Illustrator
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a small print design team
• Run print design reviews and manage the bi-weekly Sprint Board
• Partner with Merch and Ops to improve process and reduce development errors

✅ What we expect

• 5-10+ years of print or textile design experience in apparel
• Highly creative, humor-forward mindset and strong taste
• Experience in a player-coach leadership position
• Ability to manage trends, brand voice, and product constraints simultaneously
