📋 What you will do
- Personally close B2B deals with casinos and iGaming operators
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from cold outreach to contract
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy
- Define ICP and prioritize target accounts
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and report performance
- Develop partnerships and affiliate channels
- Build sales department structure, playbooks, and KPIs
- Hire and onboard BDM and sales managers

Russian (fluent)
English (B2+ or higher)

✅ What we expect
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience in iGaming is mandatory
- Track record of closing large C-level deals
- Experience building sales teams from scratch
- Systematic approach to KPIs, pipeline, and reporting
- Existing network of contacts in casinos and iGaming
- Willingness to travel for business and conferences
