📋 What you will do

  • Personally close B2B deals with casinos and iGaming operators
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from cold outreach to contract
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Define ICP and prioritize target accounts
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and report performance
  • Develop partnerships and affiliate channels
  • Build sales department structure, playbooks, and KPIs
  • Hire and onboard BDM and sales managers

🛠 Stack and skills

B2B VR platforms iGaming industry Russian (fluent) English (B2+ or higher) CRM and sales pipeline management

What we expect

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience in iGaming is mandatory
  • Track record of closing large C-level deals
  • Experience building sales teams from scratch
  • Systematic approach to KPIs, pipeline, and reporting
  • Existing network of contacts in casinos and iGaming
  • Willingness to travel for business and conferences
