📋 What you will do
- Build annual and quarterly sales budgets
- Break down revenue, EBITDA, and unit economics targets for a 10+ person team
- Manage the assortment matrix and launch new products
- Optimize pricing based on fees, logistics, and competitor landscape
- Manage media and performance budgets
- Control bidding manually and through automation
- Track DRR, ROAS, CPO, and product card conversion
- Implement AI algorithms for demand forecasting and ad optimization
- Analyze profitability for each SKU
- Monitor reconciliation statements, write-offs, and returns on WB and Ozon
- Build dashboards to visualize business health
- Translate business processes into specifications for IT and 1C developers
- Implement AI solutions for inventory forecasting and stock-out prevention

✅ What we expect
- At least 2 years of experience managing a category or department on Wildberries and Ozon
- Proven revenue growth of more than 30% year over year
- Ability to calculate product unit economics in Excel within 5 minutes
- Hands-on experience applying AI in daily work
- Experience building motivation systems, hiring, and onboarding employees
- Team management and KPI ownership experience
- Understanding of management accounting and 1C logic
