📋 What you will do

  • Own and maintain the integrated program plan across multiple major initiatives
  • Connect strategic growth initiatives with operational reality
  • Drive alignment and sequence workflows across Operations, Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams
  • Stand up and maintain governance structures and decision logs
  • Drive key readiness items including clinical protocols, client billing, and member communications
  • Identify, surface, and escalate cross-functional bottlenecks

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications
  • 5+ years of program/project management, operations, or implementation experience
  • Proven track record in a growth-stage startup environment (Series B–D)
  • Experience involving complex, multi-workstream engagements
  • Strong systems-thinking skills
