📋 What you will do

  • Own commercial strategy and performance for assigned Enterprise accounts
  • Lead commercial motions including pricing, packaging, proposal creation, and negotiation
  • Develop renewal and expansion plans aligned with customer value and strategic goals
  • Drive renewal readiness by tracking key dates and securing timely signatures
  • Coordinate internal efforts to ensure timely invoice payment
  • Analyze adoption trends and product usage to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Partner with Client Experience Managers to assess customer health and expansion readiness
