📋 What you will do
- Own commercial strategy and performance for assigned Enterprise accounts
- Lead commercial motions including pricing, packaging, proposal creation, and negotiation
- Develop renewal and expansion plans aligned with customer value and strategic goals
- Drive renewal readiness by tracking key dates and securing timely signatures
- Coordinate internal efforts to ensure timely invoice payment
- Analyze adoption trends and product usage to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders
- Partner with Client Experience Managers to assess customer health and expansion readiness
