📌 What you’ll be doing
— Analyzing similar competitor solutions (Russia and abroad); providing reports and conclusions;
— Analyzing and decoding customer interviews conducted by the product manager; interpreting customer experience and identifying product insights;
— Formulating and describing possible product solution options based on customer interviews and competitor analysis;
— Turning solution options presented by the product manager into clear and unambiguous technical requirements for development;
— Describing customer journeys (CJM) as part of preparing technical requirements (for example, based on competitor CJM research);
— Forecasting the impact of features passed to development on product metrics: being able to answer the question "which metric does what I am doing improve, and by how much".
📌 What we expect
— Experience working as an analyst in a product team (required);
— Experience writing technical requirements for development (required);
— Experience participating in infrastructure projects or products (required) — ideally as an analyst, but we are ready to consider candidates with domain experience in other roles.Опыт участия в инфраструктурных проектах или продуктах (обязательно) — в идеале в роли аналитика, но готовы рассмотреть с предметным опытом в других ролях;
