What we expect: - Experience as a financial manager / finance specialist / finance controller. - Experience with reconciliations and control of incoming funds. - Understanding of the payment cycle logic: reconciliation → confirmation of receipt → transfer for payout. - Skills in management reporting, including P&L and cash flow. - Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets. - Attentiveness, a systematic approach, and accuracy when working with financial data. Will be a plus: - Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or a digital environment - Experience automating financial processes and reporting. - Skills in working with currency operations (crypto is an advantage). - Experience working with foreign jurisdictions (Hong Kong, Cyprus, and others) What you will do: - Work with reconciliations; - Organize and control budgeting processes; - Set up processes in management accounting (P&L, CF, Balance); - Oversee and initiate the opening of new accounts abroad; - Optimize the financial structure and cash flows; - Build the finance department, audit workload, and plan team expansion.
