📋 What you will do
- Audit existing systems and identify bottlenecks, redundancy, and gaps
- Design and implement automations and infrastructure to increase operational efficiency
- Set up and troubleshoot integrations between CRM, funnels, and lead sources
- Diagnose failures in lead handoff chains and build permanent fixes
- Build analytics for leads, attribution, and revenue from first touch to closed deal
- Create dashboards and automated reporting for leadership and coaches
- Automate new agent onboarding and related HR workflows
- Collect, standardize, and consolidate lead source taxonomy
