📋 What you will do

  • Audit existing systems and identify bottlenecks, redundancy, and gaps
  • Design and implement automations and infrastructure to increase operational efficiency
  • Set up and troubleshoot integrations between CRM, funnels, and lead sources
  • Diagnose failures in lead handoff chains and build permanent fixes
  • Build analytics for leads, attribution, and revenue from first touch to closed deal
  • Create dashboards and automated reporting for leadership and coaches
  • Automate new agent onboarding and related HR workflows
  • Collect, standardize, and consolidate lead source taxonomy

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: $60k–$72k
  • Remote role open only to candidates based in Latin America
  • Preferred countries: Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia
  • Close collaboration with the Founder, Broker in Charge, Director of Marketing, and Chief of Staff
