📋 What you will do
- Lead the development of digital strategies and aligned tactical plans for brands
- Influence and manage digital initiative budgets within the overarching brand budget
- Develop internal and external (Media AOR) KPIs and performance dashboards
- Provide commercial stakeholders with key insights into digital performance
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies with partners to maximize impact
- Shape cross-functional processes to maximize business efficiencies
- Build and lead a team of digital marketers to support internal and external stakeholders

5-7 years of experience in Pharma or Consumer Products
