📋 What you will do

  • Develop new commercial lending opportunities through direct business development, internal partnerships, and referral networks
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referral sources, and syndication professionals
  • Represent Santander at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Coordinate loan proposals, underwriting, and deal execution with Credit teams and Senior Business Development Officers
  • Prepare clear and concise deal briefing memoranda to support lending opportunities and internal decision-making
  • Work with cross-functional partners to identify and deliver cross-sell solutions aligned with client needs
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of prospects, referral sources, and business development activity
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients alongside Portfolio Managers
