Data Engineer

📋 What you will do

• Lead engineering teams in the development and delivery of enterprise software solutions
• Provide technical leadership across multiple agile squads
• Shape solution architecture and technical design across projects and platforms
• Align technical requirements and delivery approaches with stakeholders
• Enforce engineering standards, code reviews, security controls, and quality practices
• Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps
• Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches
• Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud engineering practices
• Mentor developers and raise team engineering maturity
• Improve processes and standards within the Software Engineering CoE
• Support production stability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis when needed
