HR / Recruiter (Investments | Account Boosting)
GEO: LATAM / Europe⚡️
We are looking for a strong HR specialist (recruiter) to join our investment projects team (account boosting). We’re looking for someone with experience specifically in our niche, who understands the specifics and can close positions quickly
▶️Tasks:
• Full-cycle recruitment of candidates (from sourcing to onboarding)
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Onboarding new employees
• Working with vacancies and posting them
• Sourcing through cold and warm channels
• Interacting with the team and Team Leads
• Continuously improving the hiring funnel
▶️Requirements:
• Experience as an HR specialist / recruiter (preferably in account boosting / traffic arbitrage / investments)
• Understanding of the niche specifics
• Ability to work with different candidate traffic sources
• Fast and high-quality communication skills
• Independence and result orientation
▶️Conditions:
• Salary: fixed salary + bonuses (discussed individually)
• Payments twice a month
• Remote work format
