Creative Design Lead - UK

📋 What you will do

• Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all platforms and visual systems
• Build a UK-first brand narrative tailored to local users and market dynamics
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team
• Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with UK brand strategy
• Use data and performance insights to iterate, optimize, and scale creative work
• Partner closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams

• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
• Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards

• Ability to perform well under pressure and ambiguity
