Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) ✓ AH

📋 What you will do

• Develop and execute the demand-side commercial strategy
• Audit the current commercial function and identify growth opportunities
• Build and optimize the full advertiser lifecycle
• Own and improve key metrics: revenue, LTV, ARPU, churn, spend, and pipeline conversion
• Build a scalable commercial structure across sales, account management, and growth
• Hire, develop, and manage key team members within the commercial department
• Set KPIs, motivation systems, and performance review processes
• Manage CRM, pipeline, and end-to-end commercial funnel efficiency
• Define priority GEOs, verticals, and advertiser segments
• Search for new growth channels and scale existing demand sources
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration with Traffic, Optimization, RTB, Product, and Marketing
• Translate demand-side needs into product requirements and business priorities
• Lead negotiations with key advertisers and strategic partners

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 5+ years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling demand or sales units
• Experience managing large teams of 30+ people
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience implementing KPIs, motivation systems, and performance management
• Ability to build scalable commercial processes and maintain CRM discipline
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking focused on business outcomes
