📋 What you will do
- Own the AI transformation roadmap from strategy through execution
- Run discovery sessions with department leaders to identify AI opportunities
- Lead and scale the AI Champions program across the organization
- Build and deliver role-based AI learning pathways for different teams
- Partner with the executive team to prioritize and resource AI initiatives
- Coordinate larger AI initiatives with IT and AI Solutions Builders
- Track transformation progress and keep leadership informed
- Build a culture of experimentation, AI literacy, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the AI Use Policy and governance framework
- Advise leadership on AI strategy, priorities, and investment decisions
