Backend Software Engineer (Senior/Staff)

📋 What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of backend systems and infrastructure
• Build APIs, services, and real-time systems for complex accounting logic
• Collaborate with founders, product, and frontend teams on secure and performant workflows
• Design, implement, and ship production-ready features at high speed
• Handle data migrations, scaling challenges, and external integrations
• Improve system reliability and product velocity and stability
