🚀 Looking for an ASO Specialist (iGaming) in Waystar Team We are looking for a strong ASO specialist in the iGaming vertical to join the team 🎰 We need a hands-on expert who can consistently drive traffic, work in a competitive environment, and scale funnels 📈 🔥 Responsibilities: 📱 Full-cycle ASO (iOS / Android) — semantics, metadata, A/B tests, visuals 🧠 Collecting and analyzing keywords, competitor analysis 📊 Optimizing app page CR 🧪 Running A/B tests (icons, screenshots, creatives) 📈 Analyzing metrics: CPI, CR, LTV, ROAS 📊 Monitoring rankings and trends in the stores 🤝 Working closely with the buying and creative teams ✅ Requirements: ✔️ 1+ year of experience in iGaming ✔️ Understanding of App Store / Google Play algorithms ✔️ Confident working knowledge of Google Play Console and App Store Connect ✔️ Experience with ASO tools (Apptica / Asodesk / Apptweak) ✔️ Experience with analytics ✔️ Understanding of unit economics ✔️ Working-level English ⭐️ Nice to have: 🚀 App scaling case studies 🔥 Experience in highly competitive niches 📈 Experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) 💼 Conditions: 🌍 Fully remote work 💰 Salary from 1500$ + performance bonuses ⚡️ Fast decision-making 🧘‍♂️ No unnecessary bureaucracy 📈 Influence on the product and budgets HR @Anni_WSTR
