📋 What you will do

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify and recruit potential partners
  • Categorize partners based on their expertise, reach, and capabilities
  • Engage partners, communicate value proposition, and negotiate collaboration terms
  • Design customized partnership programs, incentives, and benefit schemes
  • Draft collaboration agreements ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Develop onboarding materials and provide training to partners
  • Maintain regular communication and monitor partner performance and sales
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Facilitate joint sales efforts and position the company as a thought leader

What we expect

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in alliance management or partner development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • MBA or Master’s in Business Management, Growth, or Strategy
  • Experience in the BioPharma R&D software and services industry is essential
  • Robust network of key leaders and decision-makers in potential partner companies
