AI Tooling Engineer

📋 What you will do

• Build AI tools and automations for internal company workflows
• Embed with operations, customer success, and finance teams to find slow, manual work
• Create AI agents and workflow automations that people actually adopt
• Define what internal AI looks like at the company from scratch
• Ship fast prototypes, launch them, and improve based on user feedback
• Design and deliver internal tools for CS, finance, operations, and other teams
• Build an eval harness to validate and trust LLM features

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 1–3 years of software development experience
• Experience building backend services, internal tools, automations, or API-driven apps
• Internships and co-ops count
• Strong skills in TypeScript and/or Python
• Ability to work in ambiguity and take ownership
• Comfort talking to non-technical teammates and understanding their workflows
• Comfort being the sole owner of a problem end to end
