Traffic Handler (calls) For: Guys (priority) Conditions: fixed rate per shift + KPI for each call Vertical: Investments What you will do: - Communicate with hot/warm clients on calls. - Handle objections, answer client questions for both FD and RD. - Help clients regain trust and start working again. - 5-30 +- calls per day (call duration 2-15 minutes) Who we are looking for: • Spoken Kazakh is mandatory. • Experience in sales / client communication will be a plus • Experience in processing investment leads from 2+ months, so you have an understanding • Ease of communication and a positive attitude toward people • Ability to work in stressful situations. • Readiness to be fully involved in the work and not treat it as a side job We offer: – Remote work from your phone – Schedule from 08:30-20:30 Moscow time, days off on request (3 per month). – Fixed rate + KPI for each call – Payments every week on Monday – A team that supports and helps.
