• Launch mechanics to increase deposits, retention, and revenue
• Develop game modes, bonuses, promos, and events
• Analyze player journeys and test hypotheses via analytics and A/B testing
• Formulate the roadmap and set clear tasks for the team
• Use AI for research, analysis, and hypothesis generation
• Analyze results post-launch and identify growth opportunities

• Experience launching features that impact product and revenue
