We are an advertising agency.
We work with the international market. We launch targeted advertising for the Crypto vertical
Responsibilities:
—** Search and scouting:** monitoring external shops, exchanges, and sellers to find new types of supplies (ad accounts, BMs, fan pages, Kings, proxies)
— **Networking and intelligence:** visiting relevant chats, channels, and forums to identify new trends in farming and ways to bypass FB algorithms
— **Test launch:** launching advertising campaigns with small budgets to check the “survivability” of supplies
— **Analytics:** maintaining reports on metrics: check pass rate, speed of selfie bans, spend limits, launch cost
— **Benchmarking:** comparing the department's current internal supplies with market alternatives
— **Seller quality control: **negotiating with suppliers on replacements, wholesale prices, and individual farming terms
— **Creating instructions: **writing brief manuals for launching on new types of accounts for the support department and buyers (with clean formatting)

✅ Communication skills (Networking) – the ability to build trust with sellers in Telegram chats, negotiate discounts, and learn about “private” items before they become publicly available
✅ Stress resistance – a calm attitude toward the fact that 80% of tests may fail (that is also a result)
