- Architect and execute a comprehensive global event and experience strategy
- Evolve Oktane as the industry’s premier identity and security event
- Manage external portfolio including summits, trade shows, and advisory boards
- Lead and scale the global Customer Marketing organization to drive NRR
- Oversee global customer advocacy and brand partnership programs
- Manage critical internal events like Sales Kick-off and Presidents Club
- Establish data-driven metrics for event impact on pipeline and revenue
