📋 What you will do

• Audit the IT team, current processes, and technical bottlenecks
• Implement unified standards for task management and prioritization
• Build transparent reporting systems for the CEO in business terms
• Develop and support high-performing team members
• Identify and propose new product IT initiatives
• Develop IT strategy and planning for 3–6 months
• Oversee delivery quality, SLAs, and system incident management
