📋 What you will do
- Study current company processes to identify automation opportunities
- Analyze the performance of various departments and internal services
- Develop proposals for process optimization and scaling
- Create technical specifications for the development team
- Participate in the implementation, testing, and design of internal tools
- Document new processes and prepare technical documentation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes

Ad platforms, CRM, internal services
Affiliate marketing / Traffic arbitrage
✅ What we expect
- 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or traffic arbitrage
- Experience in process automation or internal tool development
- Ability to independently write technical requirements for developers
- Ability to discuss solution architecture with the technical team
- Strong understanding of arbitrage infrastructure processes
