**Team Lead Media Buying (FB Ads / TikTok Ads / Telegram Ads) | iGaming**

**Responsibilities:**
✔️ Management and coordination of a team of buyers;
✔️ Control over launches and scaling of advertising campaigns;
✔️ Working with key metrics;
✔️ Optimization of processes within the team;
✔️ Participation in testing new funnels, creatives, and approaches;
✔️ Responsibility for the team’s results and achieving planned KPIs.

**Requirements:**
✔️ Hands-on experience driving traffic through Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Telegram Ads;
✔️ Experience managing a team of buyers for at least 6 months in iGaming;
✔️ Ability to control processes, maintain metrics, and take responsibility for the team’s results;
✔️ Experience in binary options is optional.
