📋 What you will do

  • Develop the creative strategy for the Chime brand
  • Create and launch integrated brand campaigns
  • Shape storytelling that drives awareness and consideration
  • Work across TV, social activations, brand partnerships, and other channels
  • Own the creative process from concept to final execution
  • Collaborate with marketing leads on integrated campaigns
  • Lead a team of art directors, designers, and copywriters
  • Run creative brainstorming sessions and provide feedback to the team
  • Manage external creative agencies and production partners
  • Stay current on trends, technology, and the competitive landscape

What we expect

  • 8+ years of creative leadership experience

  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on brand building

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: $201,000–$279,000 per year
  • Eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits
