📋 What you will do
- Manage distributed teams (DevOps, DBA, network, support)
- Ensure critical systems stability with 99.95%+ SLA
- Handle incidents and establish ITIL/ITSM processes
- Develop hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud) and DevOps/SecOps practices
- Scale infrastructure for high-load systems using k8s
- Automate workflows via GitOps (Argo CD and similar tools)
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and licensing
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity readiness (DRP/BCP)

Kubernetes (k8s)

ITIL / ITSM
On-prem & Cloud (AWS / Azure)
AI / ML / RPA
✅ What we expect
- 7+ years in IT, including 3+ years managing teams of 20+ people
- Proven track record in building fault-tolerant high-load systems
- Ability to make swift decisions in critical situations
- Experience in Fintech or mission-critical systems
- Professional certifications (ITIL, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure)
