📋 What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of communications across owned channels through Lyft’s internal platform
- Build dynamic campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
- Set up, QA, and launch complex marketing campaigns with dynamic content
- Apply AI tools and automations to improve campaign efficiency and personalization
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows and implement reusable prompt systems and agent workflows
- Gather platform feedback from day-to-day campaign execution and influence tooling development
- Partner with marketing to define channel strategy, audience segmentation, and experimentation best practices
- Ensure compliance with global communication regulations
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior teammates
