Head of Finance / CFO for Traffic Arbitrage Team

📋 What you will do

• Organize and monitor financial operations and payment processing
• Manage payroll calculations for all departments and partners
• Build financial models and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Implement ERP, BI, and other systems for financial automation
• Manage relationships with banks, payment gateways, and auditors
• Lead, build, and mentor the finance team

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 2+ years of experience as CFO or Head of Finance
• Proven experience in building a finance function from scratch
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Experience in arbitrage, iGaming, or Crypto is highly preferred
• Willingness to dive deep into digital market specifics
