📋 What you will do

• Develop and grow the brand's SMM strategy
• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram
• Create and execute content plans
• Translate trading, market, and analytics topics into clear, engaging content
• Produce Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts, Telegram newsletters, copy, and scripts
• Engage with the community through comments and direct messages
• Launch and optimize paid social campaigns
• Track financial market trends and quickly turn news hooks into content
• Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• At least 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager
• A portfolio with real case studies
• Experience building or fully rebuilding an SMM strategy from scratch
• Basic understanding of trading, financial markets, or investing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and content formats
• Experience managing Telegram channels
• Strong copywriting skills in Russian and English
• Self-starter mindset, strong organization, and deadline discipline
