- Create turnkey products for the internal catalog
- Develop merchandise concepts including design, functionality, and materials
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and printing houses
- Develop product strategy
- Perform market and demand analysis

✅ What we expect
- Minimum 1 year of experience in branded merchandise, souvenir production, or apparel
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and commercially successful collections
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with Chinese manufacturers is a plus
