Sr. Delivery Partner Manager, FDE ✓

📋 What you will do

• Manage the Databricks Delivery Partner Program for co-delivering services engagements
• Develop relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs)
• Build RFP processes and data-driven scorecards for partner selection in large migration deals
• Lead efforts to incubate and ramp partners with Generative AI capabilities
• Conduct MBRs and QBRs with priority partners and develop long-term delivery roadmaps
• Drive delivery governance to ensure partner quality on services-led implementations
• Lead programs for Assurance and advisory services aligning with FDE strategy
• Oversee onboarding and pipeline planning for partner resources to ensure availability
