📋 What you will do

  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy
  • Build customer journey and retention mechanics
  • Configure email, SMS, push, and messenger communications
  • Manage segmentation and trigger scenarios
  • Perform player reactivation and retention
  • Develop the VIP segment
  • Analyze CRM metrics and identify LTV growth opportunities

Smartico Customer.io Email, SMS, push, messenger tools English language

What we expect

  • At least 2 years of CRM / Retention experience in iGaming
  • Experience with bonus mechanics
  • Understanding of LTV, Retention, Churn, and NGR metrics
  • Experience setting up automated scenarios
  • Experience with LATAM is a plus
  • Experience launching retention processes from scratch is a plus
