📋 What you will do
- Develop and implement the CRM strategy
- Build customer journey and retention mechanics
- Configure email, SMS, push, and messenger communications
- Manage segmentation and trigger scenarios
- Perform player reactivation and retention
- Develop the VIP segment
- Analyze CRM metrics and identify LTV growth opportunities

✅ What we expect
- At least 2 years of CRM / Retention experience in iGaming
- Experience with bonus mechanics
- Understanding of LTV, Retention, Churn, and NGR metrics
- Experience setting up automated scenarios
- Experience with LATAM is a plus
- Experience launching retention processes from scratch is a plus
