📋 What you will do

• Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor advertising budgets and allocate spends to maximize profit
• Conduct A/B tests for ads, keywords, and bidding strategies
• Analyze and improve key performance metrics: CTR, ROI, CPA
• Collaborate with the creative department to develop high-converting promotional materials
• Conduct market research, track adtech trends, and analyze competitor approaches

• Proven experience in Google Ads traffic mediation
• Current performance stats/screenshots for the last 3 months (preferred)
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset and ability to take ownership
• Ability to independently generate ideas and test hypotheses
• Readiness to work from the office in Krasnoyarsk
