📋 What you will do
- Manage client software integrations ensuring seamless setup, updates, and maintenance
- Provide technical support via chat, messaging apps, and ticketing systems
- Guide clients through API documentation and integration setups
- Perform testing and troubleshooting using Postman and other tools
- Collaborate with internal dev teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Update clients on integration progress and address their concerns
🛠 Stack and skills
API management
Postman
English (Advanced proficiency)
Russian (as a plus)

- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or client-facing roles
- Previous experience within the IT or marketing sectors
- Expertise in API management and system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and independence
- Strong communication skills to bridge clients and technical teams
