📋 What you will do

• Design infrastructure for high-load distributed systems
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, fault tolerance, and security
• Lead the DevOps team, mentor, and support professional growth
• Develop and implement infrastructure roadmaps
• Collaborate with development teams and product managers
• Participate in incident resolution
• Manage projects, task decomposition, and progress tracking

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
• Technical leadership experience managing 3–7 engineers
