📋 What you will do

  • Execute and scale influencer marketing to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Support product launches and integrated brand campaigns through creator partnerships
  • Create engaging, shareable content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables
  • Build and scale an always-on creator and UGC program for brand storytelling
  • Source and evaluate creators through agencies using data and strong brand judgment
  • Write clear creative briefs and manage content reviews and approvals
  • Coordinate publishing schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and whitelisting/ads permissions
  • Maintain program operations, creator databases, templates, and briefs
  • Track creator trends, platform changes, and new tools, bringing ideas to the team

What we expect

  • 4+ years of influencer marketing experience
  • Experience running end-to-end campaigns in-house or at an agency
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once
  • Excellent creator taste and strong brand judgment
  • Data-informed decision-making
  • Understanding of key contract terms: deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and turn results into insights
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias toward action
