📋 What you will do
- Execute and scale influencer marketing to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Support product launches and integrated brand campaigns through creator partnerships
- Create engaging, shareable content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables
- Build and scale an always-on creator and UGC program for brand storytelling
- Source and evaluate creators through agencies using data and strong brand judgment
- Write clear creative briefs and manage content reviews and approvals
- Coordinate publishing schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and whitelisting/ads permissions
- Maintain program operations, creator databases, templates, and briefs
- Track creator trends, platform changes, and new tools, bringing ideas to the team

✅ What we expect
- 4+ years of influencer marketing experience
- Experience running end-to-end campaigns in-house or at an agency
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once
- Excellent creator taste and strong brand judgment
- Data-informed decision-making
- Understanding of key contract terms: deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and turn results into insights
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias toward action
