📋 What you will do
- Expand the Airbnb-friendly program in EMEA (apartments, for sale, aparthotels)
- Develop outreach strategies for developers, owners, and operators of rental housing
- Create and curate prospect lists focused on high-impact partners
- Manage the full sales funnel from initial outreach to closing
- Hand off closed deals to Implementation and Account Management teams
- Collaborate with Account Management to grow existing partnerships
- Conduct research into high-value developers and investors in the region
- Engage prospects via networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Lead presentations for potential partners and external stakeholders
