📋 What you will do
- Own the Databricks Startup Program end to end
- Define program strategy and hit targets for startup intake, ARR, and partner growth
- Represent Databricks in the San Francisco startup ecosystem
- Organize founder talks, panel discussions, and other community activities
- Build and execute a VC strategy across funds, accelerators, and angel investors
- Launch and scale partner activation motions such as office hours, founder workshops, co-branded content, scout programs, and partner-in-residence pilots
- Run monthly operating reviews with product and developer relations leadership
- Track and publish program metrics and run experiments

✅ What we expect
- 7+ years of experience in the startup ecosystem
- Strong network and credibility across VC, operator, and founder communities
- Understanding of product-led growth and a high-trust, low-touch operating model
- Strong operational rigor and the ability to build simple, scalable processes
- Executive presence and strong written communication skills
- Experience at an early-stage venture firm or a venture-backed startup is a plus
