Project Manager iGaming (Middle/Senior)

📋 What you will do

• Manage product and marketing projects from launch to delivery
• Coordinate internal cross-functional team communication and stakeholder relations
• Plan and monitor budgets for campaigns and product tasks
• Ensure timely and high-quality task execution
• Forecast regulatory, technical, and marketing risks
• Analyze key metrics: retention, conversion, LTV, and traffic efficiency
• Prepare performance reporting for project launches
• Foster a culture of high engagement and team motivation

✅ What we expect

• 2+ years of experience in digital project management
• Background in iGaming, betting, gambling, or similar high-load products
• Proven track record of launching new products, features, or marketing campaigns from scratch
• Experience managing teams of 5–10 people or coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements
