**Team Lead Media Buying\Senior Media Buyer at Bypass LTD**

**Bypass LTD is looking for experienced Team Leads and Media Buyers. We are growing and strengthening our team, inviting experts in CPA marketing who know how to turn traffic and ad budgets into profit.

**__🔸__Your area of responsibility:**

— Building and managing a team of media buyers;
— Building and developing infrastructure: setting tasks for related departments, searching for and implementing solutions (accounts, sellers, tech setup);
— Searching for, analyzing and testing promising ad funnels;
— Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns **in the Crypto vertical**;
— Monitoring metrics, optimizing and scaling advertising activities;
— Strategic traffic buying planning: developing budgets, KPIs and tests.

**__🔸__What we want to see in you:**

— Experience in a **Team Lead** or **Senior Media Buyer** position **from 1 year**;
— Proven experience in the **Crypto** or **Nutra** verticals;
— Practical experience with advertising platforms: **Google Ads, Facebook Ads**;
— Team management experience: hiring, development and performance evaluation;
— Ability to set tasks for related departments (Tech / Design / Farm) and formulate requirements;
— Strong analytics knowledge: working with metrics, reports and decision-making.
