- Develop ML models for crypto markets
- Create and optimize trading strategies
- Maintain and scale the existing production ML system

✅ What we expect
- Senior / ML Lead level or strong Middle with trading experience
- Experience in developing profitable ML models or trading strategies
- Strong mathematical background
- Ability to independently identify and execute new ideas
- Prior experience in crypto or algorithmic trading preferred
- Achievements like Olympiads, ICPC, Kaggle, Yandex SHAD, or publications are a plus
🎁 What we offer
- Senior: up to $12,000 net + quarterly bonus
- ML Lead: up to $12,000 net + 4-10% PnL share
