📋 What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship for 1–2 active AV partnerships as Lyft's primary external point of contact
  • Maximize partnership value by negotiating terms, amendments, and scope expansion
  • Run partner working sessions to align terms and drive decisions
  • Track commercial milestones and contractual commitments, flagging risks early
  • Manage commercial reporting obligations under active partnership agreements
  • Lead regular operational reviews with partners and ensure follow-through on issues
  • Design and implement a strategic partnership review process to assess partnership health and direction
  • Brief program management and operational teams on commercials, expectations, and contractual commitments
