**Requirements:**
• Experience working with traffic in Ad Networks / affiliate / arbitrage.
• Understanding of performance marketing and optimization logic.
• Confident work with metrics and analytics.
• Experience with adult traffic and video pre-roll is a plus.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work in a team.
• Optimize and scale advertising campaigns.
• Work with gambling, dating, cam/adult, apps, and video pre-roll traffic.
• Analyze CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Identify growth points and enhance high-performing funnels.
• Work together with media buyers, account managers, and the tech team.
• Test new approaches, creatives, and traffic sources.
