We have been working with traffic for 7 years, and over the past year we have been actively scaling the Gambling direction on Facebook. We work with direct advertisers, know how to deliver volumes, and build a team without unnecessary bureaucracy and toxic micromanagement. Right now we are looking for a strong FB Buyer who knows how to generate profit, scale, and not fall apart after the first drawdowns 🙂 **What you will do:** • Launch and scale FB campaigns in Gambling. • Analyze and optimize funnels for CPA / ROI / ROAS. • Test new approaches, GEOs, creatives, and offers. • Find working funnels and scale profitable ones. • Prepare briefs for designers for specific GEOs and approaches. • Work with PWA / onelink / webview. • Handle analytics and reporting. • Propose hypotheses and test them quickly. **What matters:** • 6+ months of experience running Gambling FB traffic. • Experience with PWA / IOS / Android. • Spend of $30k–100k+ per month. • Ability to work with anti-detect browsers, trackers, and spy services. • Understanding of how to improve traffic quality and ROI. • Relevant case studies from recent months. • Systematic approach, initiative, and independence. **What we provide:** ➔ tech specialists ➔ designers ➔ agency accounts ➔ trackers and expendables • Minimal bureaucracy. • The opportunity to quickly grow into a Team Lead and build your own team. • Access to strong expertise and partner teams.
